Another friends request, he already had the frame to this tool shelf cut out, all I needed to do is glue and nail it, it is built out of pine and pegboard.

A sad occasion, a friend asked me to build a cat casket for her 12 year old friend. Many of you understand the attachment to a pet.  The box, built as requested, is built out of pine and with 45 degree cuts, with old fashioned handles and the lid shuts in place with cabinet door latches.  My son helped me sand this box smooth.  The lumber is left over from the shelves for our library.

Love those knots. Completed 2 swings and a bench. The bench is for our front porch, the swings may already be taken, we'll see.  These 3 items are built with cedar and are clear coated.  The bench I added medal adjustable feet to protect from the porch. 

Reguested by my son for Halloween.  Joshua helped with the painting and writing.  These are free handed on small pieces of wood, Approximatly 10" tall, Paint pens work great, but also used spray paint and acrylic craft paint.

Here is the finished TV stand. This stand is made out of 1/4 inch sheet of oak and the top and trim is solid oak and has all been clear coated.

I have made very little time for woodworking this past year and this year.  I started this TV stand in December 2010. This past Thursday and Friday I took off just to work on it and just need to finish. I plan on clear coating this project and will post the final picture when complete.  How long will that take is the question.  Thanks for looking.
